There was a problem installing the ActiveX Control

There was a problem installing the ActiveX Control required to determine what is on your computer. You must have scripting and ActiveX controls enabled on in your Internet Explorer Internet Options for the reporting system to work properly.

If you are using Windows XP (Service Pack 1 or earlier) or Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000, you must click the "Yes" button when prompted to install and run the reporting tool.

If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

On this page, right-click the Information Bar at the top of Internet Explorer (yellow bar) that says "Click here to install..." as shown in the image below and the installation menu will appear.

Step 2:

Click the "Install ActiveX Control..." on the menu to install the Active X Control. The following screen will appear:

Step 3:

Click the "Install" button when asked if you want to install this software as shown in the image above.

Step 4:

Allow the ActiveX control to run without closing your browser or navigating away from the page. You will be redirected to a report page when the analysis has completed.

Note For Windows XP Service Pack 2 :  The Information Bar notification is a standard security feature and is enabled by default. If you are using Service Pack 2 and you do not see the Information Bar or the Security Warning as shown above, please re-enable the Information Bar notification for the installation of ActiveX controls.
