There was a problem
installing the ActiveX Control
There was a problem installing the ActiveX Control required to
determine what is on your computer. You must have
scripting and ActiveX controls enabled on in your Internet
Explorer Internet Options for the reporting system to work
properly.
If you are using Windows XP (Service Pack 1 or earlier) or
Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000, you must click the "Yes" button
when prompted to install and run the reporting tool.
If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2, please follow these
steps:
Step 1:
On this page, right-click the Information Bar at the top
of Internet Explorer (yellow bar) that says "Click here to
install..." as shown in the image below and the installation
menu will appear.

Step 2:
Click the "Install ActiveX Control..." on the menu to install
the Active X Control. The following screen will appear:
Step 3:
Click the "Install" button when asked if you want to install
this software as shown in the image above.
Step 4:
Allow the ActiveX control to run without closing your browser or
navigating away from the page. You will be redirected to a
report page when the analysis has completed.
Note For Windows XP Service Pack 2 : The
Information Bar notification is a standard security feature and
is enabled by default. If you are using Service Pack 2 and you
do not see the Information Bar or the Security Warning as shown
above, please re-enable the Information Bar notification for the
installation of ActiveX controls.
